What we collect
We believe in collecting as little data as possible. Here is the complete list of what Spokojstvo stores:

Why we collect it
The data above is the minimum required to operate a functioning VPN network:
- Peer IDs allow us to authenticate connections and prevent abuse
- Platform information ensures we serve the correct software version
- IP addresses are necessary to route your traffic through exit nodes
- Byte counts help us understand network load — nothing more
There is no analytics, no advertising, no profiling, and no tracking of any kind beyond what is listed above.
Data retention
Connection data (IP addresses, byte counts, last-seen timestamps) is automatically purged after 30 days of inactivity. Peer IDs persist until you uninstall the application.
If you did not uninstall cleanly, you can request manual deletion by contacting us with your Peer ID (visible in the app).
Third parties
Spokojstvo operates its own infrastructure. We use no third-party analytics, no advertising networks, and no cloud services that would have access to your data. Our servers are under our sole control.
We will resist legal requests for user data to the maximum extent permitted by law. Because we log so little, there is very little we could hand over even if compelled.
Security
All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted using Shadowsocks with ChaCha20-IETF-Poly1305 — a modern authenticated encryption cipher. Connection metadata uses TLS 1.3.
Our servers are hardened and access-controlled. We perform regular security reviews and update our infrastructure promptly when vulnerabilities are disclosed.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know exactly what data we hold about you (this document is it)
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Receive a copy of any data we hold on your Peer ID
- Opt out entirely by uninstalling the application
